Shipping Policy

STANDARD DELIVERY

Where our standard delivery service has been selected we aim to dispatch your goods from our warehouse within 2 working days of you placing your order (excluding weekends and Chinese public holidays). We will send you an email confirming when we have dispatched your order. Delivery will normally take a further 2-3 working days.

Standard delivery is a non trackable service.

Delivery charges are waived for our customers.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Order tracking is not available on standard mail deliveries, so please allow the full 3 working days for your delivery to arrive after you have received your order despatch confirmation email. Tracking is available on orders dispatched at next day delivery.

International shipping is also free of charge, regardless of the weight of your parcel.

Please note that even though you may see a delay in actual shipment, we will still get the product to you by the promised delivery date.
