You have 14 days to return your order purchase for cancellation, returns, refunds and exchanges of your order. This term starts to count from the moment you receive your merchandise.
Should this method not be available please view our client notice as we will provide alternatives should it be required. The item is your responsibility until it reaches our returns depot. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and package.
You must use a safe box according to the size and volume of your products.
The original box must be in perfect condition. Protect it with its original packaging or with a bag. Do not forget to include product labels.
Parcel tracking is available. The cost of returning the item to our store is undertaken by customer.
If you would prefer to exchange a returnable item for another product from our stock or the same manufacturer (in the case of a drop shipment), we will be glad to help you arrange this.
The refund will be made through the original payment method of your purchase.
